ALL that area in the Waipa County, situated in Blocks I and II,
Hamilton Survey District, containing approximately 380 acres,
bounded by a line commencing at a point, being the northernmost
corner of Lot 1 as shown on the plan numbered 13590, deposited
in the Office of the District Land Registrar at Auckland, being
part of Allotment 52, Te Rapa Parish, and running south-easterly
generally along the eastern boundaries of the said Lot 1 and Lots
2 and 3 as shown on the plan numbered 13590 aforesaid, to and
along the eastern end of Lorne Street, along the eastern boundary
of Lot 4 as shown on the plan numbered 30687, deposited as afore-
said, being part of the said Allotment 52, to and along the eastern
boundaries of Lots 5, 6, and 7 and part of Lot 8 as shown on the
plan numbered 13590 aforesaid, being part of Allotment 52, afore-
said, to and along the eastern end of Beatty Street, along the eastern
boundary of Lot 4 as shown on the plan numbered 16364, deposited
as aforesaid, being part of the said Allotment 52, along the eastern

to Peacocke's Road ; then along a right line across the said road
to the northernmost corner of Lot 3 as shown on the plan numbered
16443, deposited as aforesaid, being part of Allotments 50 and 51
aforesaid, and along the south-western side of the said Peacocke's
Road to a point in line with the south-eastern boundary of Lot 1
as shown on the plan numbered 35827, lodged as aforesaid, being
part of the said Allotment 50 ; then south-westerly generally
along a right line, to and along the south-eastern boundary of
Lot 1 aforesaid, along another right line, to and along the south-
eastern boundary of Lot 1 as shown on the plan numbered 32288,
deposited as aforesaid, being another part of Allotment 50 afore-
said, and along another right line to and along the south-eastern

then along a right line across that road to the northernmost

Kuiti State Highway to the easternmost corner of Lot 3 as shown

said, to a point in line with the north-eastern boundary of Lot 1

along a right line to and along the south-eastern boundary of Lot 3

part of the said Allotments 27, 28, and 365, and along the south-
eastern boundary of part of Lot 18 of Allotment 26 of the said
Te Rapa Parish as shown on the plan numbered 6968, deposited
as aforesaid, to a point in line with the western boundary of Lot 20
as shown on the plan numbered 25181, deposited as aforesaid, being
part of the said Allotment 26 ; then along a right line, to and
along the western boundaries of Lots 20 aforesaid, 19, 18, 17, 16,
and 15 as shown on the plan numbered 25181 aforesaid, along another
right line, to and along the western boundaries of Lots 14 and 13
as shown on the plan numbered 25181 aforesaid, to and along the
south-eastern boundaries of Lots 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, and 1 as
shown on the plan numbered 25181 aforesaid, the aforesaid Lots
being parts of Allotments 26 aforesaid and 370 of the said Te Rapa
Parish, to the westernmost coner of the last-mentioned Lot ; then
along a right line, to and along the south-western boundary of
Lot 1 as shown on the plan numbered 33955, deposited as aforesaid,
being part of Allotments 26 and 370 aforesaid, and along another
right line to the southernmost corner of Lot 3 as shown on the plan
numbered 26126, deposited as aforesaid, being part of Allotment 263,
of the said Te Rapa Parish, and along the southern boundaries of
Lots 3 and 2 as shown on the plan numbered 26126 aforesaid, to
the south-western corner of the said Lot 2 ; then westerly along
right lines bearing 271° 36′ distance 804·41 links, and bearing
271° 37′ distance 485 links, all more or less ; then north-westerly
along a right line bearing 335°, more or less, to the northern boundary
of Lot 1 as shown on the plan numbered 32849 aforesaid, being part
of the said Allotments 363 and 365 ; then westerly along the
said northern boundary, and along a right line across the North
Island Main Trunk Railway to the north-eastern corner of Lot 1
as shown on the plan numbered 8103, deposited as aforesaid, being
part of Allotment 365 aforesaid and being a point on the boundary
of the City of Hamilton as described in New Zealand Gazette No. 63
of the 24th day of September, 1936, page 1790 ; then northerly
and south-easterly generally along that boundary to the point of
commencement.
Also all that area in the Waipa County, situated in Block XIII,
Komakorau Survey District, containing approximately 470 acres,
bounded by a line commencing at a point, being the intersection
of the Waitawhiriwhiri Stream, with the north-eastern side of Norton
Road, and running north-westerly generally along the north-eastern
side of Norton Road aforesaid to its intersection with the south-
eastern side of Forest Lake Road ; then along a right line to and
along the north-eastern boundary of Lot 4 as shown on the plan
numbered 19495, deposited in the Office of the District Land
Registrar at Auckland, being part of Allotment 76, Pukete Parish,
along the north-eastern boundaries of Lots 43, 42, 41, 40, 39, 38,
and 37 as shown on the plan numbered 18669, deposited as afore-
said, being parts of the said Allotment 176, along the south-eastern,
north-eastern, and north-western sides of a public road, to and
along the north-eastern side of Norton Road aforesaid, to and along
the south-eastern and north-eastern boundaries of Lot 29 as shown
on the plan numbered 18869 aforesaid, being part of Allotment 74
of the said Pukete Parish, along the north-eastern boundaries of
Lots 28, 27, 26, 25, 24, 23, and 22 as shown on the plan numbered
18669 aforesaid, being other parts of the said Allotment 74, along
the north-eastern end of a public road, along the north-eastern
boundaries of Lots 20, 19, 18, 17, 16, 15, and 14 as shown on the
plan numbered 18669 aforesaid, being other parts of the said Allot-
ment 74, to and along the north-eastern end of another public road,
and along the north-eastern boundary of Lot 12, the north-eastern
and north-western boundaries of Lot 11 and the north-eastern
boundaries of Lots 3, 2, and 1, the aforesaid Lots as shown on the
plan numbered 18669 aforesaid, and being other parts of Allotment 74
aforesaid and the last-mentioned boundary produced along a right
line across a public road to its north-western side ; then along
the north-western side aforesaid and along the north-eastern side
of Norton Road aforesaid to the westernmost corner of part of the
land taken for Railway purposes by Proclamation published in
New Zealand Gazette No. 65 of the 6th day of November, 1947,
page 1741, being Allotments 44 and 45 of the said Pukete Parish ;
then along a right line in the direction of the northernmost corner
of Lot 1 as shown on the plan numbered 24888, deposited as afore-
said, being part of Allotment 209 of the said Pukete Parish, to the
north-eastern side of the North Island Main Trunk Railway ;
then southerly generally along the north-eastern side of the said
Railway, to the westernmost corner of part of the land taken for
railway purposes by Proclamation published in New Zealand Gazette
No. 12, of the 4th day of March, 1948, page 241, being part of
Allotments 43A, 41, and 41A of the said Pukete Parish ; then
easterly generally along the generally northern boundary of the
land taken as aforesaid, to and along the north-western boundary
of Lot 1 as shown on the plan numbered 26332, deposited as afore-
said, being part of the said Allotments 41 and 41A for a distance
of 738·35 links ; then along a right line parallel to the south-
western sides of Brookfield Avenue and the Road Reserve containing
2 roods and 0·41 perches, more or less, as shown on the plan numbered
16545, being part of the said Allotments 41 and 41A, to a point in
line with the south-eastern boundary of Lot 1 as shown on the plan
numbered 30667, deposited as aforesaid, being part of the said
Allotments 41 and 41A ; then along a right line, to and along the
south-eastern boundary of Lot 1 aforesaid, to and along the south-
western boundary of Lot 48 as shown on the plan numbered 16545
aforesaid, being part of the said Allotments 41 and 41A and Allot-
ment 42 of the said Pukete Parish to a point in line with the north-
western boundary of Lot 57 as shown on the plan numbered 16545
aforesaid, being part of the said Allotment 41 ; then along a right
line to and along the north-western boundary of Lot 57 aforesaid
and the production of that boundary across the Great South Road ;
then north-westerly along the north-eastern side of that road to
a point 250·1 links distant from the intersection of the said north-
eastern side with the north-western side of Vardon Road ; then
along a right line 250 links distant from and parallel to the north-
western side of Vardon Road aforesaid, to the south-western
boundary of Lot 1 as shown on the plan numbered 35078, deposited
as aforesaid, being part of Allotment 33, Pukete Parish aforesaid ;
then along the south-western and south-eastern boundaries of
the said Lot 1, to the south-western side of Heath Road ; then
along another right line across that road to a point on its north-
eastern side 250·8 links distant from the intersection of the said
north-eastern side with the north-western side of Vardon Road ;
then along another right line 250 links distant from and
parallel to the north-western side of the said Vardon Road
and that line produced to the middle of Taylor Road ; then
along a series of right lines along the middle of Taylor Road afore-
said, Braid Road, and St. Andrews Road, and the last-mentioned
line produced to the middle of the Waikato River ; then up the
middle of that river to its intersection with the boundary of the
City of Hamilton as described in New Zealand Gazette No. 63 of
the 24th day of September, 1936, page 1790 ; then south-westerly
generally along the said City boundary to the point of commencement.
