A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for broadcasting purposes (studio site); and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-eighth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and forty-nine.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 2 roods.
Being Sections 99 and 100, Town of Gisborne.

Situated in the Borough of Gisborne (Gisborne R.D.).

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held from His Majesty the King by Samuel John Browne, of Washdyke, Farmer, under and by virtue of a Crown Lease, Volume 472, folio 30 (Canterbury Registry), is hereby taken for broadcasting purposes; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-eighth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and forty-nine.
