NOTICE is hereby given that the land described in the Schedule hereto has been acquired under the Forests Act, 1921–22, for the purposes of a permanent State forest.

OTAGO LAND DISTRICT.—SOUTHLAND CONSERVANCY

ALL that area in the Otago Land District, Bruce County, containing by admeasurement 765 acres 3 roods 22·7 perches, more or less, being Sections 3, 6, 7, 9, 11, 12, and parts of Sections 1, 2, 13, 14, and 15, Block III, Akatore Survey District, and being the balance of the lands comprised and described in certificates of title, Vol. 170, folio 46, and Vol. 255, folio 111. As the same is delineated on plan No. 215/8, deposited in the Head Office of the State Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
