A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a Maori school; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-ninth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and forty-eight.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of additional land taken: 2 acres 3 roods 39·3 perches.
Being part Section 8.

Situated in Block XVI, Mangaoporo Survey District (Gisborne R.D.). (S.O. 4430.)

In the Gisborne Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 126829, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon edged orange.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 15th day of December, 1948.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, and section thirty of the Finance Act (No. 2), 1945, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, together with the party-wall rights appurtenant thereto granted by Deed No. 322531 (R. 408/714), Auckland Land Registry, and together with and subject to the party-wall rights granted by Memorandum of Transfer No. 169696, Auckland Land Registry, for better utilization; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-ninth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and forty-eight.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1 rood 22 perches.
Being Allotment 11 of Section 30, City of Auckland, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title, Volume 309, folio 213 (Auckland Land Registry).

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 20th day of December, 1948.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the Flaxmilling Industry (Rehabilitation Plan), research and developmental work, &c., and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-ninth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and forty-eight.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 420 acres 2 roods.

Situate in Block VIII of the Mount Robinson Survey District, and comprising parts of Sections 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, and 12 of Subdivision 2B of the Manawatu-Kukutauaki Block, being Lot 1, D.P. 2852, and other parts of the said Sections 10 and 12 and part of Section 11 of the said Subdivision 2B, being all the land defined by D.P. 3842, and being all the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title, Volume 278, folio 233 (Wellington Registry).

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 20th day of December, 1948.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, and section thirty-one of the Masterton Licensing Trust Act, 1947, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of the Masterton Licensing Trust Act, 1947, and shall vest in the Masterton Licensing Trust as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twentieth day of January, one thousand nine hundred and forty-nine.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 24·2 perches.

Situate in the Borough of Masterton.

Being part Section 7, Town of Masterton, and being all the land in D.P. 3895, and being also the whole of the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title, Volume 251, folio 149 (Wellington Land Registry).
