P URSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-
General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare
that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for
Post and Telegraph purposes; and I do also declare that this
Proclamation shall take effect on and after the sixth day of
December, one thousand nine hundred and forty-eight.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the pieces of land taken : 2 roods.
Being Sections 302 and 304, Town of Greymouth, and being all
the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Vol. 7,
folio 293, and Vol. 7, folio 262 (Westland Land Registry).

P URSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-
General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare
that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken
for an automatic-telephone exchange; and I do also declare that
this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the sixth day of
December, one thousand nine hundred and forty-eight.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken : 34·25 perches.
Being part of Subdivision A on Deposited Plan No. 1578, part
Section 91, Fitzroy District, the said land being the western
moiety of that part of said Subdivision A shown on Deposited
Plan No. 2884, and being the whole of the land comprised
and described in Certificate of Title, Volume 72, folio 223
(Taranaki Land Registry).

drainage purposes and shall vest in the Hauraki United Drainage
Board as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also
declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the
sixth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and forty-eight.

a cemetery and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses
of the Borough of Whangarei as from the date hereinafter mentioned;
and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on
and after the sixth day of December, one thousand nine hundred
and forty-eight.

A PROCLAMATION
P URSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-
General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke the Proclamation
dated the third day of September, one thousand nine hundred and
forty-one, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 74 of the
eleventh day of the same month, at page 2743, and deposited in the
Land Registry Office at Nelson as No. 1303, taking land for the
purposes of the Iron and Steel Industry Act, 1937, in Block I,
Waitapu Survey District, such land being no longer required.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the
Seal of that Dominion, this 26th day of November, 1948.
