Lot 4, and the northern boundary of Lots 4, 1, and 2, the aforesaid
boundary of Lot 2 produced to the centre of the Palmerston North -
Napier State Highway; thence northerly along the middle of that
highway and south-easterly along the middle of the Te Aute-
Patangata Road to the point of commencement. As the said area
is more particularly delineated on the plan marked S.H.D. 57;
deposited in the office of the Minister in Charge of the State Hydro-
electric Department, and thereon coloured red.
SECOND SCHEDULE
ALL that area in the Waipawa County and the Hawke's Bay Land
District, situated in Block V, Maraekakaho Survey District, com-
prising 130 acres, more or less, and bounded as follows : Commencing
at a point in the middle of the Maraekakaho-Tikokino Road on
the right bank of the Mangaonuku Stream, which point is more
particularly delineated on a plan (1890, red) held in the office of the
Chief Surveyor at Napier; thence generally northerly along the
middle of the aforesaid road to the intersection with the right bank
of the Mangaonuku Stream again; thence generally south-westerly
along the aforesaid right bank to the point of commencement. As
the said area is more particularly delineated on the plan marked
S.H.D. 58, deposited in the office of the Minister in Charge of the
State Hydro-electric Department, and thereon coloured blue.
THIRD SCHEDULE
HAWKE'S BAY ELECTRIC-POWER DISTRICT
(a) All that area in the Hawke's Bay Land District, comprising
the Borough of Napier, as described in the New Zealand Gazette,
1945, No. 80, at page 1576, the Town District of Taradale, as
described in the New Zealand Gazette, 1941, No. 12, at page 245,
and the County of Hawke's Bay, as described in the New Zealand
Gazette, 1942, No. 35, at page 950, but excluding thereout the area
described in the First Schedule hereto. As the said area is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 59531, deposited
in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon
bordered red, but excluding thereout the area described in the First
Schedule hereto.
(b) All that area in the Hawke's Bay Land District, comprising
the Borough of Hastings, as described in the New Zealand Gazette,
1930, No. 27, at page 1145. As the said area is more particularly
delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 68082, deposited in the
office of the Minister of Works at Wellington.
(c) All that area in the Hawke's Bay Land District, comprising
the Town District of Havelock North, as described in the New
Zealand Gazette, 1913, No. 26, at page 973. As the said area is
more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 95340,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and
thereon coloured carmine.
(d) The area described in the Second Schedule hereto,
FOURTH SCHEDULE
CENTRAL HAWKE'S BAY ELECTRIC-POWER DISTRICT
(a) All that area in the Hawke's Bay Land District, comprising
the Borough of Waipawa, as described in the New Zealand Gazette,
1945, No. 80, at page 1576, the Borough of Waipukurau, as described
in the New Zealand Gazette, 1946, No. 89, at page 1936, the Counties
of Patangata and Waipukurau, as described in the New Zealand
Gazette, 1947, at page 641, and the County of Waipawa, as described
in the New Zealand Gazette, 1930, No. 61, at page 2684, but excluding
thereout the area described in the Second Schedule hereto. As
the said area is more particularly delineated on the plan marked
P.W.D. 55210, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at
Wellington, and thereon bordered red (outside border), but excluding
thereout the area described in the Second Schedule hereto.
(b) All that area in the Dannevirkre County and the Hawke's
Bay Land District, comprising Sections 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and part
Section 7, Block I, Takapau Survey District, and Rakautatahi
1D 2, 1M 1, IM 2, 4A, and part 4B Blocks, bounded by a line
commencing at the intersection of the southern boundary of Rakau-
tatahi 1E 2 Block with the Mahurauiti Stream, and proceeding in
an easterly direction along the southern boundaries of Rakautatahi
1F 2, 1F 3, 1F 4, IF 5, 1N, and 10 1 Blocks, the crossing of a public
road, and along the southern boundaries of Rakautatahi 1C 2R,
Io 21 Blocks, and Io 20 Block, produced to the middle of the main
Norsewood-Takapau Road; thence southerly and westerly along
the middle of that road to the Manawatu River; thence westerly
along the middle of the said Manawatu River to the production
of the eastern boundary of Rakautatahi 1F 1A 5 Block ; thence
northerly along the said produced boundary, the eastern boundary
of Rakautatahi 1F 1A 5 Block, to and along the Mahurauiti Stream
to the point of commencement. As the same is more particularly
delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 101014, deposited in the
office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon edged
red.
(c) The area described in the First Schedule hereto.
