NOTICE OF SPECIAL RESOLUTION PURSUANT TO SECTION 126 OF THE COMPANIES ACT, 1933
THE underwritten is a copy of a special resolution of the company passed by means of an entry in the minute-book of the company signed by at least three-fourths of the members holding in the aggregate at least three-fourths in nominal value of the company :-
“Resolved, this 29th day of January, 1948, by an entry in the minute-book as provided for by section 300 of the Companies Act, 1933 :-
“1. That the company be wound up voluntarily as from the date of this resolution, such winding-up to be a members’ voluntary winding-up.
“2. That Mr. P. FOUGERE be and he hereby is appointed liquidator.”

NOTICE OF VOLUNTARY WINDING-UP RESOLUTION
PURSUANT to section one hundred and twenty-two of the Companies Act, 1933, notice is hereby given that at an extraordinary general meeting of the above company, duly convened and held on the 23rd day of January, 1948, the following resolutions were duly passed :-
“That the company be wound up voluntarily” (under section 221 (b) of the Companies Act, 1933), “and that ALAN BURTON WILFORD GEORGE, Public Accountant, of Christchurch, be appointed liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up.”

(3) Those who died from accident occurring or disease contracted while training with or attached to the 1st New Zealand Expeditionary Force of New Zealand.

STATUTORY REGULATIONS
UNDER the Regulations Act, 1936, statutory regulations of general legislative force are no longer published in the New Zealand Gazette, but are supplied under any one or more of the following arrangements :-
(1) All regulations serially as issued (punched for filing) subscription 30s. per annum in advance.
(2) Annual volume (including index) bound in buckram, 25s. (Volumes for years 1941, and 1942 are out of print.)
(3) Serially as issued and annual bound volume, as in (1) and (2) above, on combined subscription basis, 42s. per annum in advance.
(4) Separate regulations as issued.
The price of each regulation is printed thereon, facilitating the purchase of extra copies.
Orders on the subscription basis should be placed now with the Government Printer, Wellington. Separate copies may be purchased at the Chief Post-offices at Auckland, Christchurch, or Dunedin.
