A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land described in the Schedule hereto.

Approximate Areas of the Pieces of Land proclaimed as Road. Being Situated in Block Situated in Survey District of Coloured on Plan
A. R. P. 1 0 37 0 0 3·2 Part Wellington–Manawatu Railway Allocation Block 23 Part Wellington–Manawatu Railway Allocation Block 24 (S.O. 21413.) III XIII Kapiti Kaitawa Blue. Sepia.

In the Wellington Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 126029, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 2nd day of February, 1948.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as road: 1 rood 0·4 perches.

Being part Railway Reserve adjoining Section 100.

Situated in Block VII, Forest Hill Hundred (Southland R.D.). (S.O. 5724.)

In the Southland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 126191, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 30th day of January, 1948.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for broadcasting purposes (transmitting station); and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the ninth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and forty-eight.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 13 acres 2 roods 17·5 perches.

Being part Section 19.

Situated in Block VIII, Maketu Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 33468.)

In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 126452, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured sepia.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 2nd day of February, 1948.
