EVidence having been furnished of the loss of the outstanding duplicate of certificate of title, Vol. 170, folio 212 (Wellington Registry), in the name of WALTER STEPHENS, of Karioi, Settler (now deceased), for 2 acres, being Suburban Section 16, Ninia Township; and application having been made for the issue of a new certificate of title in lieu thereof, I hereby give notice of my intention to issue such new certificate of title on the expiration of fourteen days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND UNDER THE PUBLIC WORKS Act, 1928
NOTICE is hereby given that the Education Board of the District of Auckland intends to take, under the provisions of the Public Works Act, 1928, for a public school, the following additional land-viz.: All that piece of land situated in the Provincial District of Auckland, containing two acres three roods thirty-three perches (2 acres 3 roods 33 perches), more or less, being Lot 5 on a plan deposited in the Land Registry Office at Auckland as No. 13141, which said piece of land is portion of Allotment 82 of the Parish of Manurewa, and is the whole of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Vol. 307, folio 326, of the register-books of the Land Registry Office aforesaid.
All persons affected are hereby required and called upon to set forth in writing any well-grounded objections to the taking of such land, and to send such writing, within forty (40) days from the first publication of this notice, to the Education Board of the District of Auckland at its office in Wellesley Street East, Auckland.

NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP
NOTICE is hereby given that the partnership heretofore subsisting between SIHON WILLIAM THOMAS BEAVEN and CHRISTOPHER EDWIN BEAVEN, both of Waiau, Farmers, and FRANCES MARY BEAVEN and HARRIET ADELAIDE BEAVEN, both of the same place, Spinsters, carrying on business at Waiau as farmers under the style or firm of "T. and E. Beaven," has been dissolved as from the 8th day of September, 1948, so far as concerns the said SIHON WILLIAM THOMAS BEAVEN, who retires from the said firm.
