THE NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE
Price Order No. 949 (Amending Price Order No. 665) (Apples and Pears)
P URSUANT to the Control of Prices Act, 1947, the Price Tribunal, acting with the authority of the Minister of Industries and Commerce,
doth hereby make the following amending Price Order :-
- This Order may be cited as Price Order No. 949, and shall be read together with and deemed part of Price Order No. 665* (hereinafter
referred to as the principal Order). - This Order shall come into force on the 22nd day of November, 1948.
- The First Schedule to the principal Order, as set out in Price Order No. 934t, is hereby revoked, and the following Schedule
substituted therefor :-

Pursuant to section 13 of the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1926, notice is hereby given that the result of the poll taken on 6th November, 1948, in connection with the raising of £82,000 for supplying electric power for the Taupo Town District, is as under :-
