Telegraph Act, 1928 (hereinafter termed the said Act), and
by the regulations made on the 12th May, 1914, and published in
the New Zealand Gazette of the 21st May, 1914, the following officer,
at the address set against his name, is appointed transmitting and
receiving officer for the purpose of dealing with all notices by tele-
graph sent under the said Act or regulations, and of signing such
certificates in relation to the service of any such notices as are
required or authorized to be signed or given under the said Act or
the regulations aforesaid:

Appointment of Producer Members to the Honey Marketing Committee
PURSUANT to the Honey Marketing Committee Regulations
1948, notice has been received that the election of the producer
members for appointment to the Honey Marketing Committee has
resulted in the following persons—namely, Edward Armine Field,
Frank Deacon Holt, and William Wallace Nelson—being eligible
for appointment to the said committee, and I therefore appoint
Edward Armine Field,

William Wallace Nelson
to be the producer members of the Honey Marketing Committee
established under the said regulations, as from the 1st day of
January, 1949.

Commissioner of the Supreme Court Appointed
JAMES ROGERS THOMSON, Esquire, of Melbourne, of the
State of Victoria, a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Victoria,
has this day been appointed by the Right Honourable Sir Humphrey
Francis O'Leary, K.C.M.G., Chief Justice of New Zealand, a Com-
missioner of the Supreme Court of New Zealand in Victoria under
the 47th section of the Judicature Act, 1908, for the purpose of
administering and taking all such oaths, affidavits, and affirmations
as in the said section mentioned.
