SCHEDULE
CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT.—RANGIORA AND WAIKUKU BEACH DOMAIN

ALL that area containing by admeasurement 627 acres, more or less, being Reserves 3224, 3710, 3718, and 4116, situated in Blocks VIII and XII, Rangiora Survey District, and bounded as follows: Towards the north by a line in continuation of the southern boundary of R.S. 2931 to the road reserved along high-water mark; towards the east by the aforementioned road a distance of about 220 chains; towards the south by Reserve 807, and again towards the west generally by R.S. 34845, a road-line, R.S’s 11318, 11316, 13758, a road-line, the stream forming the eastern boundary of Reserve 709, and by the road forming the eastern boundary of R.S’s 17713 and 17716; save and except two roads and a drain-reserve, each 1 chain wide, passing through the above-described area. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1/232, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. Also Reserve 4226, Block VIII, Rangiora Survey District: Area, 5 acres, more or less.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL

PURSUANT to the Municipal Corporations Act, 1933, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby authorize the Wellington City Council to permit the laying-off of the proposed street described in the Schedule hereto of a width less than sixty-six feet but not less than forty feet.

SCHEDULE

THAT proposed street in the Wellington Land District, City of Wellington, containing by admeasurement 1 rood 27·8 perches, more or less, being part Section 12, Ohiru District, and being shown as Harrison Street on D.P. 681. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 127955, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL

PURSUANT to the Municipal Corporations Act, 1933, and the Public Works Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby authorize the Mount Roskill Borough Council to permit the laying-off of the proposed street described in the Schedule hereto of a width less than sixty-six feet, but not less than fifty feet, subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on Lots 7 and 11 of a subdivision of Lot 7, D.P. 12970, within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said street or on Lots 8, 9, 10, 13, 14, 15, and 16 of the said subdivision of Lot 7, D.P. 12970, within a distance of forty-eight feet from the centre-line of the said street, all such lots being shown on the plan referred to in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

THAT proposed street in the North Auckland Land District, Borough of Mount Roskill, containing by admeasurement 1 rood 34 perches, more or less, being part of Lot 7, D.P. 12970, being portion of Allotment 74, Parish of Titirangi. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 127921, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

The Southern Side of Portion of Raukawa Street and the Northern Side of Portion of Mill Road, in the Borough of Otaki, Exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, Subject to a Condition as to the Building-line

At the Government House at Wellington, this 17th day of November, 1948

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL

PURSUANT to section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Otaki Borough Council on the eighth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and forty-eight, viz. :

“That the Otaki Borough Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the Borough of Otaki, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply either to the northern side of the portion of street known as Mill Road, Otaki, or to the southern side of the portion of street known as Raukawa Street, Otaki, adjoining that parcel of land containing two roods twenty-four decimal three perches (0 acres 2 roods 24·3 perches), more or less, being Sections 109, 110, and 112, Otaki Town, and being all the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title, Volume 93, folio 255 (Wellington Register) ”;

subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the southern side of the portion of Raukawa Street or the northern side of the portion of Mill Road (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-lines of the said portions of streets.

SCHEDULE

THE southern side of all that portion of street situated in the Wellington Land District, Borough of Otaki, known as Raukawa Street, fronting Sections 110 and 112, Township of Otaki.

Also the northern side of all that portion of street situated in the said land district and borough, known as Mill Road, fronting Section 109, Township of Otaki.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 127450, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL

PURSUANT to section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Auckland City Council on the thirtieth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and forty-eight, in so far as it affects the side and portion of street described in the Schedule hereto, viz. :

“The Auckland City Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the City of Auckland, hereby declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to that portion of Sayegh Street fronting part Allotments 25 and 26, District of Tamaki ”;

subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the south-western side of the portion of Sayegh Street (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion of street.

SCHEDULE

THE south-western side of all that portion of street situated in the North Auckland Land District, City of Auckland, known as Sayegh Street, fronting parts Lots 2 and 3, D.P. 28206, being parts Allotment 26, District of Tamaki. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 127920, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
