A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-second day of November, one thousand nine hundred and forty-eight.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the ninth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and forty-five, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 63 of the eleventh day of the same month at page 1264, defining the middle-line of a road in Blocks V, VII, XI, and XII, Belmont Survey District—viz., a deviation of the Wellington–Paekakariki Centennial Main Highway—in so far as it affects Lots 346 and 347 on D.P. 9360, being part of Section 50 of the Porirua District, Town of Tawa Extension No. 6, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title, Volume 530, folio 282, and being the balance of the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title, Volume 437, folio 63 (Wellington Land Registry).

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the twelfth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-eight, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 52 of the fourteenth day of the same month at page 1640, and deposited in the Land Registry Office at Wellington as No. 2709, defining the middle-line of a road in Blocks II, III, and VIII, Paekakariki Survey District, in so far as it affects part Lot 49, D.P. 729, being part Taupo No. 4, Township of Plimmerton, and being the balance of land comprised and described in Certificate of Title, Volume 156, folio 136 (Wellington Land Registry).
