EVIDENCE of the loss of leasehold certificate of title, Vol. 82,
folio 95 (Nelson Registry), for 22 perches, being Lot 1,
Deposited Plan 1441, and being part of Section 62 (M.R.) of the
City of Nelson, and being all the land in Lease 2430 in favour of
SARAH ELIZABETH RICKETTS, late of Nelson, Widow, now
deceased, having been lodged with me together with an application
for the issue of a new leasehold certificate of title in lieu thereof,
I hereby give notice of my intention to issue such new leasehold
certificate of title after fourteen days from the date of the Gazette
containing this notice.

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND

In the matter of the Public Works Act, 1928

NOTICE is hereby given that the Education Board of the District
of Otago proposes, under the provisions of the above-mentioned
Act, to execute a certain public work—namely, the erection of a
public school—and for the purposes of such public work and for
other purposes in connection with such public school the lands
described in the Schedule hereto require to be taken : And notice
is hereby further given that a plan of the lands so required to be
taken is deposited in the office of the said Board at 236 Moray
Place, in the City of Dunedin, and is open to inspection (without
fee) by all persons during the ordinary office hours, and that all
persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the
taking of the said lands should, if they have any well-grounded
objections to the execution of the said public work or to the taking
of such land, set forth the same in writing, and send such writing,
within forty days from the first publication of this notice, to the
Secretary of the said Board.

SCHEDULE

The lands required to be taken are :—
Lots 5, 6, 8, 9, 10, 11, and 12, Deeds Plan 134, and Lot 14 and
part Lots 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, and 20, Deeds Plan 326, all the above
land being part of Section 116, North-east Valley District, having
an area of 2 acres 1 rood 18.42 poles, more or less, and coloured blue
on the said plan ; part Section 4, North-east Valley District, having
an area of 1 acre 3 roods 18.73 poles, and coloured blue on the said
plan.
All the above lands being in the Land District of Otago, as the
same are more particularly delineated on the said plan.

both inclusive, in lieu of original certificate issued in the names of
Charles F. M. Turkington and Winifred C. Grainger, of 32 Grey
Street, Onehunga, Auckland, and the said shareholders have made
a statutory declaration that the original certificate of title to the
said shares has been lost.
Notice is hereby given that unless within thirty days from date
hereof there is made to the company some claim or representation
in respect of the said original certificate, a new certificate will be
issued in place thereof.
