Declaring Land to be Subject to Part I of the Maori Land Amendment Act, 1936

PURSUANT to section 4 of the Maori Land Amendment Act, 1936, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be subject to Part I of the said Act and to be included in the Bay of Islands Development Scheme.

SCHEDULE

ALL that area of land in the Tokerau Maori Land Court District, containing 55 acres 2 roods 25 perches, more or less, called or known as Kotuku B 5, situate in Blocks IV and VIII, Punakitere Survey District, and being the whole of the land in Provisional Register, Vol. 148, folio 41 (Auckland Registry).

Abridged Description: Fog siren.

Details: A fog-siren, having a sharp cut off two seconds on and four seconds off, has been established in the above position.
