Territorial Force--
Colonel Sir Hugh T. D. Acland, Kt., C.M.G., C.B.E., F.R.C.S. (Eng.), L.R.C.P. (Lond.), relinquishes the appointment of Assistant Director of Medical Services, Southern Military District, on a part-time basis, and is posted to the Retired List. Dated 30th September, 1948.
Colonel D. G. Radcliffe, O.B.E., M.B., Ch.M. (Sydney), F.R.C.S. (Eng.), M.R.C.P. (Lond.), M.S. (Melb.), from the Reserve of Officers, Supplementary List, to be temp. Colonel, with seniority from 11th June, 1947, and is appointed Assistant Director of Medical Services, Southern Military District, on a part-time basis. Dated 1st October, 1948.
Temp. Lieutenant-Colonel F. L. Hutter, M.B., Ch.B., is granted an extension of his appointment as Assistant Director of Medical Services, Army Headquarters, on a part-time basis, for a period of twelve months as from 1st October, 1948.
