land subject to the Land Act, 1924.

Altering the Boundaries of the Wanganui-Rangitikei Electric-power
District

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Electric-power Boards Act, 1925, I,
Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby alter the
boundaries of the Wanganui-Rangitikei Electric-power District so
as to include the area described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
ALL that area in the Wellington Land District, comprising that
portion of the County of Rangitikei as at present constituted,
which is not already within the Wanganui-Rangitikei Electric-power
District, as described in the Second Schedule to the Proclamation
dated the 16th day of August, 1939, and published in the Gazette
on the 24th day of the same month at page 2211. As the same is
more particularly shown on the plan marked S.H.D. 59, deposited
in the office of the Minister in Charge of the State Hydro-electric
Department, and thereon edged yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the
