Pursuuant to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a Maori school; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the first day of November, one thousand nine hundred and forty-eight.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of additional land taken : 10 acres 3 roods 22 perches. Being Sections 16, 17, 18, and 19, Te Araroa Maori Township.

Pursuuant to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a public school and shall vest in the Education Board of the District of Otago as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the first day of November, one thousand nine hundred and forty-eight.
