A PROCLAMATION

IN pursuance and exercise of the power and authority conferred upon me by subsection one of section eight of the Housing Amendment Act, 1940, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare the land described in the Schedule hereto, being land subject to the Housing Act, 1919, to be Crown land available for reservation under the Land Act, 1924.

ALL that area in the Borough of Onehunga situated in Block I, Otahuhu Survey District, containing by admeasurement 2 roods 29.2 perches, more or less, shown on the plan numbered 34627, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Auckland, being part of Lot 1 as shown on the plan numbered 32450, deposited in the office of the District Land Registrar at Auckland, being parts of Allotments 1 and 3 of Section 12, Village of Onehunga, and being part of the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title, Volume 538, folio 112 (Auckland Land Registry). A PROCLAMATION

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by subsection nine of section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that from and after the date hereof the land comprised in the pieces of closed road described in the First Schedule hereto, being land which is adjacent to the Kaiteriteri Domain described in the Second Schedule hereto, shall be deemed to be added to the said Kaiteriteri Domain.

PURSUANT to section forty of the Statutes Amendment Act, 1946, and of all other powers him enabling, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, doth hereby authorize the disposition to and the acquisition by Gordon Ashley Rawlinson, of Whangamomona, Farmer, of the land described in the Schedule hereto, notwithstanding the provisions of section one hundred and seven of the Land Act, 1924.

TARANAKI LAND DISTRICT

PURSUANT to section forty-one of the Statutes Amendment Act, 1945, and of all other powers him enabling, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, doth hereby authorize the disposition to and the acquisition by Taupiri Coal Mines, Limited, of the land described in the Schedule hereto, notwithstanding the provisions of Part XIII of the Land Act, 1924,
