A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

Pursuant to section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as closed the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 8 acres 0 roods 12 perches. Adjoining or passing through Lot 17, Clydevale Estate, D.P. 1961 and D.P. 2505, being Sections 1, 4, 22, 28, 30, 32, 53, and 55, and Sections 34 and 36, Education Reserve. Situated in Block I, Rankleburn Survey District (Otago R.D.). (S.O. 9630.)
In the Otago Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 127763, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

Pursuant to section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as closed the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 2 acres 2 roods 32 perches. Adjoining or passing through Section 2 (provisional State forest). Situated in Block IV, Heringa Survey District, Marlborough R.D.). (S.O. 3903.) In the Marlborough Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 127151, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

Declaring Lands in the Canterbury Land District to be Subject to the Provisions of Section 23 of the Reserves and Other Lands Disposal Act, 1939

A PROCLAMATION
Whereas by section twenty-three of the Reserves and other Lands Disposal Act, 1939, it is enacted that the Governor-General may by Proclamation declare any lands of the Crown to be subject to the provisions of that section to enable certain readjustment of leases and licences to be carried into effect: And whereas it is deemed expedient that the lands described in the Schedule hereto should be subject to the provisions of the said section:
Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities so conferred upon me by subsection one of the aforesaid section twenty-three, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that, from and after the date of the gazetting hereof, the lands described in the Schedule hereto shall be subject to the provisions of the said section twenty-three of the Reserves and other Lands Disposal Act, 1939.
