| “Putaruru Milk District” means the district within a radius of five miles from the post-office at Putaruru .. “Raetihi Milk District” means the district within a radius of ten miles from the post-office at Raetihi “Raglan Milk District” means the district within a radius of five miles from the post-office at Raglan “Ranfurly Milk District” means the district within a radius of two miles from the post-office at Ranfurly “Riverton Milk District” means the district within a radius of two miles from the post-office at Riverton “Rotorua Milk District” means the district within a radius of fifteen miles from the post-office at Rotorua “Roxburgh Milk District” means the district within a radius of two miles from the post-office at Roxburgh.. “Shannon Milk District” means the district within a radius of two miles from the post-office at Shannon “Springfield Milk District” means the district within a radius of two miles from the post-office at Springfield “South Wairarapa Milk District” means the district within a radius of fifteen miles from the post-office at Carterton “Stratford Milk District” means the district within a radius of five miles from the post-office at Stratford “Takapau Milk District” means the district within a radius of two miles from the post-office at Takapau “Tauranga Milk District” means the district within a radius of eight miles from the post-office at Tauranga.. “Te Aroha Milk District” means the district within a radius of five miles from the post-office at Te Aroha “Te Awamutu Milk District” means the district within a radius of two miles from the post-office at Te Awamutu “Te Kuiti Milk District” means the district within a radius of three miles from the post-office at Te Kuiti “Temuka Milk District” means the district within a radius of three miles from the post-office at Temuka “Te Puke Milk District” means the district within a radius of five miles from the post-office at Te Puke “Thames Milk District” means the district within a radius of fifteen miles from the post-office at Thames “Timaru Milk District” means the district within a radius of five miles from the post-office at Timaru “Waahi Milk District” means the district within a radius of eight miles from the post-office at Waahi “Waikouaiti Milk District” means the district within a radius of two miles from the post-office at Waikouaiti.. “Waimate Milk District” means the district within a radius of three miles from the post-office at Waimate “Waipawa Milk District” means the district within a radius of two miles from the post-office at Waipawa “Waipukurau Milk District” means the district within a radius of three miles from the post-office at Waipukurau “Wairoa Milk District” means the district within a radius of three miles from the post-office at Wairoa “Waitara Milk District” means the district within a radius of three miles from the post-office at Waitara “Wanganui Milk District” means the district of the name constituted under the Milk Act, 1944, by Order in Council dated the 27th day of June, 1945, and all that area within one mile of the boundaries of the said district “Warkworth Milk District” means the district within a radius of two miles from the post-office at Warkworth “Waverley Milk District” means the district within a radius of two miles from the post-office at Waverley.. “Wellsford Milk District” means the district within a radius of two miles from the post-office at Wellsford “Westport Milk District” means the district comprising the Borough of Westport and all that area within one mile of the boundaries of the said borough “Whakatane Milk District” means the district within a radius of ten miles from the post-office at Whakatane “Whangarei Milk District” means the district of that name constituted under the Milk Act, 1944, by Order in Council dated the 27th day of June, 1945 “Winton Milk District” means the district within a radius of two miles from the post-office at Winton “Woodville Milk District” means the district within a radius of three miles from the post-office at Woodville “Wyndham Milk District” means the district within a radius of two miles from the post-office at Wyndham | Gazette, 28th June, 1945, Vol. II, page 840. Price Order No. 936 (Amendment No. 2 of Price Order No. 765)
(Milk and Cream—Auckland Metropolitan Milk District and Hamilton Milk District)
PURSUANT to the powers conferred on it by the Control of Prices Act, 1947, the Price Tribunal, acting with the authority of the Minister of Industries and Commerce, doth hereby make the following amending Price Order:—

This Order may be cited as Price Order No. 936, and shall be read together with and deemed part of Price Order No. 765* (hereinafter referred to as the principal Order).

This Order shall come into force on the 1st day of October, 1948.

Clause 3 of the principal Order is hereby amended by omitting the definition of the Hamilton Milk District, and substituting the following definition :—
“‘Hamilton Milk District’ means the district within a radius of five miles from the post-office at Hamilton.”

Price Order No. 937 (Amendment No. 1 of Price Order No. 762)
(Milk and Cream—Blenheim, Greymouth, and Lyttelton Milk Districts)
PURSUANT to the powers conferred on it by the Control of Prices Act, 1947, the Price Tribunal, acting with the authority of the Minister of Industries and Commerce, doth hereby make the following amending Price Order:—

This Order may be cited as Price Order No. 937, and shall be read together with and deemed part of Price Order No. 762* (hereinafter referred to as the principal Order).

This Order shall come into force on the 1st day of October, 1948.

Clause 2 of the principal Order is hereby amended by omitting the definition of the Blenheim Milk District and of the Greymouth Milk District and substituting the following definitions:—
“‘Blenheim Milk District’ means the district within a radius of five miles from the post-office at Blenheim” “‘Greymouth Milk District’ means the district within a radius of three miles from the post-office at Greymouth.”
