Additional Land Taken for the Hurunui-Waitaki Railway in Block XIII, South Rangitata Township

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the Hurunui-Waitaki Railway.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of additional land taken:-
A. R. P. Being
0 0 24.1 Road adjoining Reserves 2842 and 2843, South Rangitata Township.
0 0 16.1 Road adjoining Reserve 2843, South Rangitata Township.
Situated in Block XIII, South Rangitata Township (Canterbury R.D.). (S.O. 7854.)
In the Canterbury Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 125466, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 13th day of September, 1948.

Additional Land Taken for a Quarry in Block XI, Otamatea Survey District, Rodney County

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a quarry and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Rodney as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-seventh day of September, one thousand nine hundred and forty-eight.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of additional land taken : 5 acres. Being part northern portion Allotment 155, Oruawharo Parish.
Situated in Block XI, Otamatea Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 34943.)
In the North Auckland Land District ; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 127686, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 20th day of September, 1948.

Additional Land Taken for a Public School in Block XI, Waiwera Survey District, Waitemata County

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school and shall vest in the Education Board of the District of Auckland as from the date hereinafter mentioned ; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-seventh day of September, one thousand nine hundred and forty-eight.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of additional land taken : 2 acres 0 roods 10 perches.
Being Allotment 28 and part Allotment 27, Parish of Okura.
Situated in Block XI, Waiwera Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 34821.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 127670, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 20th day of September, 1948.
