Decisions of the Bureau of Industry under Part III of the Industrial Efficiency Act, 1936

NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to the authority conferred on the Bureau of Industry under Part III of the Industrial Efficiency Act, 1936, the following decisions have been made in respect of applications for licences.

Notice to Persons Affected by Applications for Licences under Part III of the Industrial Efficiency Act, 1936
Retail Sale and Distribution of Motor-spirit
Farmers' Pump Service, Great South Road, Takanini, has applied for a licence to resell motor-spirit from pumps to be installed at garage and service-station premises at Great South Road, Takanini.
N. H. Bird and R. F. Galloway, Levin, have applied for permission to remove one pump from an inside position to a site outside garage premises at Exeter Street, Levin.
W. R. Shea, Timaru, by Messrs. Raymond, Raymond, and Tweedy, has applied for a licence to resell motor-spirit from pumps to be installed at proposed garage and service-station premises at the corner of King Street and Craigie Avenue, Timaru.
Applicants and other persons considering themselves to be materially affected by the decisions of the Bureau of Industry on these applications should, not later than 23rd September, 1948, submit any written evidence and representations they may desire to tender. All communications should be addressed to Secretary, Bureau of Industry, C.P.O. Box 3025, Wellington.

Retail Sale and Distribution of Motor-spirit
Wright, Stephenson, and Co., Ltd., Masterton, has applied for a licence to resell motor-spirit from one pump to be installed at garage premises at Queen Street, Masterton.
The Tokoroa Consumer Co-operative Society, Ltd., Tokoroa, has applied for a licence to resell motor-spirit from one pump to be installed at the Society's store premises in Tokoroa.
R. B. Win, Richmond, Nelson, has applied for a variation of conditions of his existing licence to permit (1) the removal of one pump from inside garage premises at Richmond, Nelson, to a site outside, and (2) the installation of an additional pump outside garage premises at Richmond, Nelson.
Applicants and other persons considering themselves to be materially affected by the decisions of the Bureau of Industry on these applications should, not later than 30th September, 1948, submit any written evidence and representations they may desire to tender. All communications should be addressed to Secretary, Bureau of Industry, C.P.O. Box 3025, Wellington.
