Releasing Land from the Provisions of Part I of the Maori Land Amendment Act, 1936
PURSUANT to subsection (2) of section 4 of the Maori Land Amendment Act, 1936, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby revokes, so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto, a certain notice dated the 7th day of May, 1940, and published in Gazette No. 41 of the 9th day of the same month at page 1036, whereby the said land was, inter alia, declared to be subject to Part I of the Maori Land Amendment Act, 1936, and such land is hereby excluded from the Ruatoki Development Scheme.
SCHEDULE
ALL that area of land in the Waiariki Maori Land Court District, containing 8 acres 2 roods 37 perches, more or less, called or known as Ruatoki A Section 4, and situate in Block II, Waimana Survey District.

Releasing Land from the Provisions of Part I of the Maori Land Amendment Act, 1936
PURSUANT to subsection (2) of section 4 of the Maori Land Amendment Act, 1936, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby revokes, so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto, a certain notice dated the 21st day of March, 1931, and published in Gazette No. 23 of the 26th day of March of the same year at page 720, whereby the provisions of subsection (3) of section 23 of the Maori Land Amendment and Maori Land Claims Adjustment Act, 1929 (now Part I of the Maori Land Amendment Act, 1936), were applied to, inter alia, the said land, and such land is hereby excluded from the Morikau (Ranana) Development Scheme.
SCHEDULE
ALL that area of land in the Aotea Maori Land Court District, containing 42 acres 1 rood, more or less, called or known as Morikau No. 1 Section 8, and situate in the Tauakira Survey District.

Releasing Land from the Provisions of Part I of the Maori Land Amendment Act, 1936
PURSUANT to subsection (2) of section 4 of the Maori Land Amendment Act, 1936, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby revokes, so far as it affects the lands described in the Schedule hereto, a certain notice dated the 11th day of August, 1931, and published in Gazette No. 61 of the 20th day of the same month at page 2326, whereby the provisions of subsection (3) of section 23 of the Maori Land Amendment and Maori Land Claims Adjustment Act, 1929 (now Part I of the Maori Land Amendment Act, 1936), were applied to, inter alia, the said lands, and such lands are hereby excluded from the Heretaunga Development Scheme.

Price Order No. 933 (Amendment No. 1 of Price Order No. 867) (Paint)
PURSUANT to the powers conferred on it by the Control of Prices Act, 1947, the Price Tribunal, acting with the authority of the Minister of Industries and Commerce, doth hereby make the following amending Price Order :—
- This Order may be cited as Price Order No. 933, and shall be read together with and deemed part of Price Order No. 867* (hereinafter referred to as the principal Order).
- This Order shall come into force on the 20th day of September, 1948.
- The principal Order is hereby amended by revoking the Schedule thereto, and substituting the following Schedule :—
