Declaring Land to be Subject to Part I of the Maori Land Amendment Act, 1936

Pursuant to section 4 of the Maori Land Amendment Act, 1936, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be subject to Part I of the said Act, and to be included in the Hauraki Development Scheme.

The following land situate in the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land Court District :-

Pursuant to section 4 of the Maori Land Amendment Act, 1936, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be subject to Part I of the said Act and to be included in the Manawatu Development Scheme.

SCHEDULE

All that area of land in the Ikaroa Maori Land Court District, containing 10 acres 2 roods 9·2 perches, more or less, called or known as Rangitikei-Manawatu B No. 4 (part), situate in Block IV, Mount Robinson Survey District, and being all the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Vol. 366, folio 94 (Wellington Registry).

Releasing Land from the Provisions of Part I of the Maori Land Amendment Act, 1936

Pursuant to subsection (2) of section 4 of the Maori Land Amendment Act, 1936, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby revokes, so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto, a certain notice dated the 11th day of September, 1936, and published in Gazette No. 63 of the 24th day of the same month at page 1787, whereby the provisions of section 522 of the Maori Land Act, 1931 (now Part I of the Maori Land Amendment Act, 1936), were applied to, inter alia, the said land, and such land is hereby excluded from the Waitomo Development Scheme.

SCHEDULE

All that area of land in the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land Court District, containing 66 acres 2 roods 33 perches, more or less, called or known as Te Kawa A 2 (formerly known as Hauturu East 2 Section 3A 1), and situated in Blocks XI and XII, Orahiri Survey District.

Releasing Land from the Provisions of Part I of the Maori Land Amendment Act, 1936

Pursuant to subsection (2) of section 4 of the Maori Land Amendment Act, 1936, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby revokes, so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto, a certain notice dated the 16th day of September, 1930, and published in Gazette No. 66 of the 25th day of the same month at page 2850, whereby the provisions of subsection (3), section 23, of the Maori Land Amendment and Maori Land Claims Adjustment Act, 1929 (now Part I of the Maori Land Amendment Act, 1936), were applied to, inter alia, the said land, and such land is hereby excluded from the Mangonui Development Scheme.

SCHEDULE

All that area of land in the Tokerau Maori Land Court District, containing 1 rood 24 perches, more or less, called or known as Manukau F 4A, and situated in Block II, Herekino Survey District.

Releasing Land from the Provisions of Part I of the Maori Land Amendment Act, 1936

Pursuant to subsection (2) of section 4 of the Maori Land Amendment Act, 1936, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby revokes, so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto, a certain notice dated the 14th day of June, 1937, and published in Gazette No. 42 of the 17th day of June, 1937, at page 1502, the provisions of Part I of the Maori Land Amendment Act, 1936, were applied to the said land, and such land is hereby excluded from the Pukehina Development Scheme.

SCHEDULE

All that area of land in the Waiariki Maori Land Court District, containing 1 acre, more or less, called or known as Pukehina M 2c (part), situate in Block II, Waihi South Survey District, and being all that land contained in Maori Land Plan 16552 (red).

Releasing Land from the Provisions of Part I of the Maori Land Amendment Act, 1936

Pursuant to subsection (2) of section 4 of the Maori Land Amendment Act, 1936, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby revokes, so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto, a certain notice dated the 29th day of September, 1939, and published in Gazette No. 124 of the 5th day of October, of the same year at page 2659, whereby the said land was, inter alia, declared to be subject to Part I of the Maori Land Amendment Act, 1936, and such land is hereby excluded from the Okaiawa Development Scheme.

The following land situate in the Aotea Maori Land Court District :-

Pursuant to subsection (2) of section 4 of the Maori Land Amendment Act, 1936, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby revokes, as far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto, a certain notice dated the 18th day of August, 1930, and published in Gazette No. 62 of the 4th day of September, 1930, at page 2718, whereby the provisions of subsection (3) of section 23 of the Maori Land Amendment and Maori Land Claims Adjustment Act, 1929 (now Part I of the Maori Land Amendment Act, 1936), were applied to, inter alia, the said land, and such land is hereby excluded from the Ruatoki Development Scheme.

SCHEDULE

All that area of land in the Waiariki Maori Land Court District, containing 149 acres, more or less, and called or known as Te Pohue No. 2.
