Honey Marketing Committee Election

PURSUANT to Regulation 14 of the Honey Marketing Committee Regulations 1948, I hereby fix the following dates for the holding of the election of producers’ representatives to the above committee during 1948 :—

(a) The roll of producers qualified to vote shall be deposited in the Head Office of the Marketing Department and in such other place or places as the Returning Officer may appoint, and, not later than the 7th day of October, 1948, notify in the Gazette.

(b) The roll shall thereupon be open for inspection during ordinary office hours from the said 7th day of October, 1948, until noon on the 21st day of October, 1948.

(c) The last hour and day for receiving nominations shall be noon on the 28th day of October, 1948.

(d) The poll shall close at noon on the 2nd day of December, 1948.
