William James Watson, Esquire, Farmer, of Amberley,

to be a member of the Assessment Court for the Borough of Rangiora, vice Robert Collie, Esquire, deceased.

Notice of Intention to Take Land in Block XII, Pirongia Survey District, for Road

NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions of the Public Works Act, 1928, to execute a certain public work—to wit, the construction of a road—and for the purposes of such public work the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken: And notice is hereby further given that the plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the post-office at Otorohanga and is there open for inspection; and that all persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of the said land should, if they have any well-grounded objections to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of such land, set forth the same in writing, and send such writing, within forty days from the first publication of this notice, to the Minister of Works at Wellington.

In the Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 126797, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions of the Public Works Act, 1928, to take the land described in the Schedule hereto for buildings of the General Government: And notice is hereby given that the plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the General Post Office at Wellington and is there open for inspection; and that all persons affected by the taking of the said land should, if they have any well-grounded objections to the taking of such land, set forth the same in writing, and send such writing, within forty days from the first publication of this notice to the Minister of Works at Wellington.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land required to be taken:

Notice of Intention to Take a Leasehold Estate in Land in Block II, Culverden Survey District, for the Purposes of Road

NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions of the Public Works Act, 1928, to execute a certain public work—to wit, the construction of a road—and for the purposes of such public work the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held from His Majesty the King by Ernest Henry George Burrows, of Culverden, Farmer, under and by virtue of renewable lease, Vol. 465, folio 95, Canterbury Land Registry, is required to be taken: And notice is hereby further given that the plan of the land in respect of which the leasehold estate is required to be taken is deposited in the post-office at Culverden and is there open for inspection; and that all persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of the said leasehold estate in land should, if they have any well-grounded objections to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of such leasehold estate in land, set forth the same in writing, and send such writing, within forty days from the first publication of this notice, to the Minister of Works at Wellington.
