of Mount Albert, of a Width less than 66 ft., but not less than 50 ft.,
subject to Conditions as to the Building-line

ORDER IN COUNCIL
At the Government House at Wellington, this 28th day of
January, 1948
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to the Municipal Corporations Act, 1933, and the
Public Works Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice
and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth
hereby authorize the Mount Albert Borough Council to permit the
laying-off of the proposed streets described in the Schedule hereto
of a width less than sixty-six feet, but not less than fifty feet,
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall
at any time be erected on Lots 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20,
21, 22, 23, 24, 29, 30, 31, 32, 33, 34, 36, 37, 38, 39, 40, 41, 42, 43,
44, 45, 46, 47, 48, 49, 50, 51, and 52 of a subdivision of the land
fronting the said streets (as shown on the plan referred to in the
Schedule hereto) within a distance of forty-eight feet from the
centre-lines of the said streets, or on Lots 28, 53, and 54 of the said
subdivision within a distance of thirty-eight feet from the centre-
lines of the said streets.
SCHEDULE
THAT proposed street (off La Veta Avenue) in the North Auckland
Land District, Borough of Mount Albert, containing by admeasure-
ment 2 roods 29 perches, more or less, being part Lot 3, D.P. 14433,
being part Allotment 54, Parish of Titirangi.
Also that proposed street (off La Veta Avenue) in the said land
district and borough, containing by admeasurement 1 rood 39 perches,
more or less, being part Lot 3, D.P. 14433, being part Allotment 54,
Parish of Titirangi.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked
P.W.D. 126450, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at
Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, and the Municipal
Corporations Act, 1933, His Excellency the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and
consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby
authorize the Hastings Borough Council to permit the laying-off
of the proposed street described in the Schedule hereto of a width
less than sixty-six feet, but not less than forty feet, subject to the
condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time
be erected on Lots 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8 of a subdivision of the land
fronting the said street (as shown on the plan referred to in the
Schedule hereto) within a distance of forty-eight feet from the
centre-line of the said street.
SCHEDULE
THAT proposed street off Duke Street in the Hawke's Bay Land
District, Borough of Hastings, containing by admeasurement 38
perches, more or less, being part Lot 30, D.P. 2053, and part Lot 3,
D.P. 6371, and being part Heretaunga Block. As the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 126467, deposited
in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon
coloured red.
