General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare

a quarry and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants
of the County of Waitemata as from the date hereinafter mentioned;
