The Servicemen’s Settlement and Land Sales Act, 1943.—Notice of Intention to take Land

THE Minister of Lands, acting in pursuance of section 24 of the Servicemen’s Settlement and Land Sales Act, 1943, hereby gives notice of his intention to take the lands described in the Schedule hereto under Part II of the said Act, and specifies the 31st day of March, 1949, as the date on which possession of the land is required, and the 8th day of September, 1948, as the date on or before which objections may be made under section 25 of the said Act.


SCHEDULE

AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that parcel of land situated in Block XVI, Onewhere Survey District, containing by admeasurement six hundred and forty-nine (649) acres two (2) roods thirty-eight (38) perches, more or less, being part of Opuatia No. 3 Block, and being all of the land described in certificate of title, Vol. 130, folio 284 (Auckland Registry).

Also all that parcel of land containing by admeasurement three hundred and seven (307) acres, more or less, being Section 6, Block XVI, Onewhere Survey District, and being all of the land described in certificate of title, Vol. 160, folio 152 (Auckland Registry).

Also all that parcel of land containing by admeasurement eight (8) acres, more or less, being all of the land on Deposited Plan 26283, being part of Section 2, Block XVI, Onewhere Survey District, and being all of the land described in certificate of title, Vol. 675, folio 237 (Auckland Registry).

Also all that parcel of land situated in Blocks XII and XVI, Onewhere Survey District, containing by admeasurement seven hundred and sixteen (716) acres one (1) rood fifteen (15) perches, more or less, being part of Section 5, Block XVI, Onewhere Survey District, Lot 1 on Deposited Plan 32023, being part of Opuatia No. 4 Block, and part of Lot 1 on Deposited Plan 29992, being part of Section 11, Block XII, and part of Section 1, Block XVI, Onewhere Survey District, and being all of the land described in certificate of title, Vol. 884, folio 265 (Auckland Registry).

Also all that parcel of land containing by admeasurement seven (7) acres three (3) roods thirty (30) perches, more or less, being Section 9, Block XVI, Onewhere Survey District, and being all of the land described in certificate of title, Vol. 895, folio 38 (Auckland Registry).
