Crown Land set apart for a Public School in the City of Christchurch

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section twenty-five of the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a public school; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-sixth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and forty-eight.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 2 acres
1 rood 26:4 perches.
Being part of Lot 1, D.P. 12250, being part of Rural Section 161, City of Christchurch (Canterbury R.D.). (S.O. 7880.)
In the Canterbury Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 126824, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion this 14th day of July, 1948.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for the development of water-power (Woodville Substation); and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-sixth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and forty-eight.
SCHEDULE

Being part Section 23, Woodville Special Settlement.
Situated in Block XII, Woodville Survey District (Hawke's Bay R.D.). (S.O. 2225.)

Pursuant to section thirty-five of the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1924.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land declared to be Crown land : 2 acres l rood 9:84 perches.
Being Lots 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, and 18, D.P. 6190, being Section 4 and part Section 5, Block XXII, Town of Alexandra, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title, Volume 327, folio 238 (Otago Land Registry).

A PROCLAMATION
By virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by section eighteen of the Forests Act, 1921-22, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby set apart the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto as a permanent State forest.
SCHEDULE
NELSON LAND DISTRICT.-NELSON CONSERVANCY
All that area in the Nelson Land District, Waimea County, containing by admeasurement 574 acres 2 roods 6 perches, more or less, being part of Section 10, Block I, and part of Section 1, Block II, Motupiko Survey District, and bounded generally as follows: Towards the north-west by part of Section 21, Block II, Motupiko Survey District; towards the north-east by a public road; towards the south by Section 6, Block VI, Motupiko Survey District; and towards the south-west by the other part of Section 1, Block II aforesaid, together with a right-of-way 50 links wide through the other part of Section 1 aforesaid and part of Section 10, Block I aforesaid. As the same is more particularly delineated on plan No. 108/65, deposited in the Head Office of the State Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 8th day of July, 1948.

Declaring Lands in the Canterbury Land District to be subject to the Provisions of Section 23 of the Reserves and other Lands Disposal Act, 1939

A PROCLAMATION
Whereas by section twenty-three of the Reserves and other Lands Disposal Act, 1939, it is enacted that the Governor-General may by Proclamation declare any lands of the Crown to be subject to the provisions of that section to enable certain readjustment of leases and licences to be carried into effect:
And whereas it is deemed expedient that the lands described in the Schedule hereto should be subject to the provisions of the said section:
Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities so conferred upon me by subsection one of the aforesaid section twenty-three, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that, from and after the date of the gazetting hereof, the lands described in the Schedule hereto shall be subject to the provisions of the said section twenty-three of the Reserves and other Lands Disposal Act, 1939.
