Unclaimed Lands.—Notice by the Public Trustee under the Public
Trust Office Act, 1908 (Part II) and its Amendments
To the owner of the following land, that is to say: All that parcel
of land containing 2 roods, more or less, being Section 98 of
the Town of Kaikoura, bounded on the north by a public
road, bounded on the west by Section 96 (400 links), bounded
on the east by Section 100 (325 links), and bounded on the
south by a public road (140 links), and being all the land com-
prised in certificate of title, Vol. 29, folio 52 (Marlborough
Registry), the registered proprietor whereof is George Fyffe,
of Kaikoura, Sheep-farmer.
WHEREAS, after due inquiry, the owner of the above-described
land cannot be found: And whereas the said owner has
no known agent in New Zealand: Now, the Public Trustee hereby
calls upon such owner, within six months of the date of the pub-
lication of this notice in the Gazette, to establish to the satisfaction
of the Public Trustee his title to the said land, and if he fails or
neglects to do so the Public Trustee will exercise as regards the
said land the powers and authorities granted to him in and by
the Public Trust Office Act, 1908 (Part II), and its amendments.

In the matter of the Administration Act, 1908, Part IV, and
in the matter of the estate of PERCY DOUGLAS DOLAND
(also known as Philip Douglas Doland), late of Auckland,
Company Director, deceased.
HEREBY give notice that by an order of the Supreme Court,
Auckland, dated 2nd day of July, 1948, I was appointed
Administrator of the estate of the above-named Percy Douglas
Doland (also known as Philip Douglas Doland), and I hereby call
a meeting of creditors to be held at my office, 3rd Floor, Smith's
Buildings, Albert Street, Auckland, on Tuesday, the 20th day of
July, 1948, at the hour of 10.30 a.m.
All claims against the above estate must be lodged with me on
or before the 2nd day of September, 1948.
