WITH effect from 19th July, 1948, the following additional stations will be included in the Weather Reports for Coastal Shipping broadcast by R/T on 1,840 kcs. (163·l m.) at 0735 and 1935 G.M.T. from ZLD Auckland Radio (Musick Point):—

CROWN LANDS NOTICE
Education Reserve in Auckland Land District for Lease
Auckland District Lands and Survey Office, Auckland, 5th July, 1948.
NOTICE is hereby given that the undermentioned Education Reserve is open for lease under the provisions of the Education Reserves Act, 1928, and the Public Bodies' Leases Act, 1908 ; and applications will be received at the Auckland District Lands and Survey Office, Auckland, up to 4 o'clock p.m. on Friday, 20th August, 1948.
Applicants should appear personally for examination at the Auckland District Lands and Survey Office, Auckland, on Tuesday, 24th August, 1948, at 10 o'clock a.m., but if any applicant is unable to attend he may be examined by any other Land Board or by any Commissioner of Crown Lands.
The ballot will be held immediately upon conclusion of the examination of applicants, and the successful applicant is required to pay immediately at conclusion of ballot the first half-year's rent, broken-period rent, and lease fee.

SCHEDULE
AUCLAND LAND DISTRICT.—EDUCATION RESERVE
Tauranga Borough.—Town of Tauranga
LOT 282 of Section 2 : Area, 1 rood. Half-yearly rent, £7 10s. This section is approximately one mile and a half from the Tauranga Post-office, and has a frontage on Seventh Avenue. There is good formed access, and the section is elevated in south-east corner with sufficient area for building-site.
Term of lease : Twenty-one years, with perpetual right of renewal at revaluation.
Form of lease may be perused and any further particulars may be obtained at the office of the undersigned.
