A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twelfth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and forty-eight.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land taken:—

0 0 2·4 Part Lot 31, D.P. 613, being also part S.S. 50, Western Side of Harbour; coloured blue.
0 0 3·4 Part Lot 2, D.P. 3576, being also part closed road and part S.S. 50, Western Side of Harbour; coloured sepia.
Situated in Block XII, Puketapu Survey District (Hawke’s Bay R.D.). (S.O. 2292.)
In the Hawke’s Bay Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 127263, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 6th day of July, 1948.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that an easement is hereby taken over the land described in the Schedule hereto vesting in the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the Borough of Napier full and free right, liberty, and license in perpetuity to lay, maintain, and inspect a sewer rising main or mains, together with the necessary apparatus, for the purpose of conveying sewage, and to convey sewage, through, under, and across the said land; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twelfth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and forty-eight.

PIECES of land over which the easement is taken:—
Parts of Lots 188 and 190, D.P. 6598, being parts Te Whare-O-Maraenui Block; and part of Town Section 722, Town of Napier (situated in the Borough of Napier).
Part of Lot 1, D.P. 6211, and part of Lot 1, D.P. 6313, being parts of the Ahuriri Lagoon Reserve; and part of the Ahuriri Lagoon Reserve (situated in Block IV, Heretaunga Survey District). (Hawke’s Bay R.D.).
In the Hawke’s Bay Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 126971, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 6th day of July, 1948.

PURSUANT to section thirty-five of the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1924.

1 rood 26·7 perches.
Being Lot 8, on D.P. 19502, of Block XIV in the Maori Township of Te Kuiti.
Situated in Block III, Otanake Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 33730).
In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 126866, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

IN pursuance of the power and authority conferred upon me by section nine of the Housing Act, 1919, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the area of Crown land described in the Schedule hereto shall be, and the same is hereby, set apart for the purposes of Part I of the said Act.
