The Western Side of Portion of Norway Street, in the City of
Wellington, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the
Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-
line

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 16th day of
June, 1948
Present:

THE RIGHT HON. W. NASH PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
P URSUANT to section one hundred and twenty-eight of the
Public Works Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the
advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion,
doith hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the
Wellington City Council on the tenth day of March, one thousand
nine hundred and forty-eight, viz.:—

“ The Wellington City Council, being the local authority
having control of the streets in the City of Wellington, by
resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred
and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not
apply to that part of the western side of Norway Street
fronting Lots 4, 5, and 6, Block IX, D.P. 995”;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall
at any time be erected on the land fronting the western side of the
portion of Norway Street (described in the Schedule hereto) within
a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said
portion of street.

SCHEDULE

THE western side of all that portion of street situated in the
Wellington Land District, City of Wellington, known as Norway
Street, fronting Lots 4, 5, and 6, Block IX, D.P. 995, being part
Section 28, Karori District. As the same is more particularly
delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 127261, deposited in the
office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured
red.

The Northern Side of Portion of Kings Road, in the Hawke's Bay
County, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the
Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the
Building-line

P URSUANT to section one hundred and twenty-eight of the
Public Works Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice
and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth
hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Hawke's
Bay County Council on the twelfth day of April, one thousand
nine hundred and forty-eight, viz.:—

“ The Hawke's Bay County Council, being the local
authority having control of the roads in the County of
Hawke's Bay, by resolution declares that the provisions of
section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works
Act, 1928, shall not apply to the northern side of Kings Road
adjoining Lot 14 and Subdivision 1 of 15, D.P. 330, of Papakura
R.S. 14, and described in Certificate of Title, H.B. Volume 7,
folio 268”;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall
at any time be erected on the land fronting the northern side of
the portion of Kings Road (described in the Schedule hereto) within
a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said
portion of road.

SCHEDULE

THE northern side of all that portion of road situated in the Hawke's
Bay Land District, Hawke's Bay County, known as Kings Road,
fronting Lot 14 and Subdivision 1 of Lot 15, D.P. 330, part Rural
Section 14, Papakura Block. As the same is more particularly
delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 127238, deposited in the
office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured
red.

“ The Peninsula County Council, being the local authority
having control of the streets in the County of Peninsula, by
resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred
and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not
apply to the northern side of portion of Colquhoun Street
adjoining Lots 70 and 71, D.P. 150, Township of Helensburgh,
being part of Section 5, Upper Harbour East District, such
land being comprised in C.T. 203/55”;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall
at any time be erected on the land fronting the northern side of
the portion of Colquhoun Street (described in the Schedule hereto)
within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the
said portion of road.

SCHEDULE

THE northern side of all that portion of road situated in the Otago
Land District, County of Peninsula, known as Colquhoun Street,
fronting Lots 70 and 71, D.P. 150, Township of Helensburgh As
the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked
P.W.D. 127239, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at
Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Dunedin, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the
Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the

Public Works Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice
and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth

City Council on the twenty-sixth day of April, one thousand nine
hundred and forty-eight, viz.:—

“ That the Dunedin City Council, being the local authority
having control of the streets in the City of Dunedin, by resolution
declares that the provisions of section one hundred and
twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply
to the north-eastern side of the portion of Cutten Street
adjoining Lot 16 and part Lot 11, D.P. 175, being part
Section 29, Block VII, Town District, such land being comprised
and described in Certificates of Title 68/102 and 207/8”;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall
at any time be erected on the land fronting the north-eastern side
of the portion of Cutten Street (described in the Schedule hereto)
within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the
said portion of street.

SCHEDULE

THE north-eastern side of all that portion of street in the Otago
Land District, City of Dunedin, known as Cutten Street, fronting
Lot 16 and part Lot 11, Block VIII, D.P. 175, Township of
Forbury. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan
marked P.W.D. 127247, deposited in the office of the Minister of
