THE RIGHT HON. W. NASH PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, doth hereby consent to the assignment to Walter Henry Neame, of Jacksons, Hotelkeeper, by Francis John Fussell, of Jacksons, Hotelkeeper, of his rights, powers, and privileges under an Order in Council dated the thirtieth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and forty-seven, and published in the Gazette on the eighth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and forty-seven, at page 535, authorizing him to use water for the purpose of generating electricity, and to lay, construct, put up, place, and use certain electric lines.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, and with the consent of the licensee, doth hereby revoke the Order in Council dated the eighteenth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-six, and published in the Gazette on the nineteenth day of the same month, at page 2253, authorizing Claude Fergus Grey Parr, of Pirongia, Waikato, to use water for the purpose of generating electricity, and to erect certain electric lines.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, and with the consent of the licensee, doth hereby revoke the Order in Council dated the tenth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-one, and published in the Gazette on the nineteenth day of the same month, authorizing the Te Puke Borough Council to erect and maintain electric lines within the area of supply therein described.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby consent to the land described in the Schedule hereto being taken for a public school.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land permitted to be taken: 7 acres 1 rood 17 perches.
Being Lot 266B No. 1, Waimana Parish.
Situated in Block I, Whakatane Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 33598.)
In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 127237, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 16th day of June, 1948
Present:
THE RIGHT HON. W. NASH PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Bay of Islands County Council on the twelfth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and forty-seven, viz. :
“That this Council, being the local authority having control of the roads and streets hereinafter mentioned, hereby resolves that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to the east side of portion of Wyndham Street, Kawakawa Town, adjoining Lot 30, Deeds Plan W. 46, being part of Te Wharau Block, and part of the land in Certificate of Title, Volume 524, folio 18 (Auckland Registry) ”;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the eastern side of the portion of Wyndham Street (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion of road.
SCHEDULE
THE eastern side of all that portion of road situated in the North Auckland Land District, County of Bay of Islands, known as Wyndham Street, fronting Lot 30, Deeds Plan W. 46, being part Te Wharau Block, Town District of Kawakawa. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 126899, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Present:
THE RIGHT HON. W. NASH PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Oamaru Borough Council of the eleventh day of December, one thousand nine hundred and forty-six, viz. :
“That the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the Borough of Oamaru, being the local authority having control of Nore Street in the Town of Oamaru, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to the western side of Nore Street abutting on Lots Thirteen (13) and Fourteen (14), Deeds Plan 163, Block One (1), Oamaru District, comprised in Certificate of Title, Register-book, Volume 237, folio 53 (Otago Registry) ”;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the western side of the portion of Nore Street (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion of street.
SCHEDULE
THE western side of all that portion of street situated in the Otago Land District, Borough of Oamaru, known as Nore Street, fronting Lots 13 and 14, Deeds Plan 163, Oamaru District.
