IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby revoke an Order in Council dated the twenty-second day of December, one thousand nine hundred and forty-three, and published in the Gazette of the twenty-third day of that month, appointing a Domain Board to control the Tuapeka Domain, and doth hereby appoint

The Lawrence Borough Council

to be the Tuapeka Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby appoint Monday, the twenty-eighth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and forty-eight, at half past seven o’clock p.m., as the time when, and the Council Chambers, Town Hall, Lawrence, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.
