Land taken for a Hospital in the Borough of Roxburgh

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a hospital and shall vest in the Otago Hospital Board as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the fourteenth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and forty-eight.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for Post and Telegraph purposes (postmaster’s residence); and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the fourteenth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and forty-eight.

Being part Lot 13, D.P. 491, and being part Rural Section 12591.
Situated in Block XII, Hororata Survey District (Canterbury R.D.) (S.O. 7947.)

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a recreation-ground and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Auckland as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the fourteenth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and forty-eight.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 7 acres 3 roods 21·7 perches.
Being Lot 1, D.P. 33238, being part of Allotment 7, Parish of Titirangi, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title, Volume 856, folio 297 (Auckland Land Registry).

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, together with the right-of-way created by Memorandum of Transfer No. 205910, Auckland Land Registry, and subject to the right-of-way created by Memorandum of Transfer No. 205909, Auckland Land Registry, for a recreation-ground, and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Auckland as and from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the fourteenth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and forty-eight.
