Land taken for Road in Blocks II and III, Tryphena Survey District

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the nineteenth day of January, one thousand nine hundred and forty-eight.

SCHEDULE

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked and coloured as above mentioned, and deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 10th day of January, 1948.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 7 acres.
Being Lots 3 and 4, D.P. 7206, part of Rural Section 323.

Situated in Block VI, Christchurch Survey District (Canterbury R.D.). (S.O. 7898.)

In the Canterbury Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 126295, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon edged blue.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 10th day of January, 1948.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a recreation-ground and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Auckland as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the nineteenth day of January, one thousand nine hundred and forty-eight.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1 acre 0 roods 39·6 perches.
Being Lot 2, D.P. 22345, and being part of Allotments 71 and 72 of Section 16, Suburbs of Auckland, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title, Volume 830, folio 139 (Auckland Land Registry).

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 10th day of January, 1948.
