PURSUANT to the Milk Delivery Emergency Regulations 1945,* the Minister of Marketing doth hereby give notice as follows :—

This notice may be cited as the Gisborne Milk Delivery Scheme, 1942, Amendment No. 5, and shall be read together with and deemed part of the Gisborne Milk Delivery Scheme, 1942† (hereinafter referred to as the principal scheme).

Clause (8) of the principal scheme is hereby amended by revoking, in relation to Zone 12, the words—

The Rangiora Milk Delivery Notice 1948, Amendment No. 1
PURSUANT to the Milk Delivery Emergency Regulations 1945,* the Minister of Marketing doth hereby give notice as follows :—

This notice may be cited as the Rangiora Milk Delivery Notice 1948, Amendment No. 1, and shall be read together with and deemed part of the Rangiora Milk Delivery Notice 1948† (hereinafter referred to as the principal notice).

Clause (7) of the principal notice is hereby amended by revoking the words “Stanley Robert Ihle” in relation to the zone marked in green on the plan, and substituting the words “Ivy Christina Mason.”

Amending Speed Limitations imposed under the Motor-vehicles Amendment Act, 1936, Section 3
IN terms of section 3 of the Motor-vehicles Amendment Act, 1936, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, the Minister of Transport doth hereby revoke that portion of the Warrant dated the 9th day of August, 1937,* in so far as it applies to the road described in the First Schedule hereto, and doth hereby exclude that portion of the road described in the Second Schedule hereto from the limitation as to speed imposed by the said section.
FIRST SCHEDULE
SITUATED within Waipawa Borough—
Napier–Wellington via Wairarapa Main Highway No. 15 (all that portion from the northern boundary of Waipawa Borough to the junction of the said main highway with Abbotsford Road, a distance of approximately 1 mile 20 chains).
SECOND SCHEDULE
SITUATED within Waipawa Borough—
Napier–Palmerston North State Highway No. 30 (all that portion from the northern boundary of Waipawa Borough to a point 12 chains measured along the said State highway in a northerly direction from the junction of the Waipawa–Patangata Road with the said State highway, a distance of approximately 52 chains).
