The Servicemen’s Settlement and Land Sales Act, 1943.—Notice of Intention to take Lands

THE Minister of Lands, acting in pursuance of section 24 of the Servicemen’s Settlement and Land Sales Act, 1943, hereby gives notice of his intention to take the lands described in the Schedule hereto under Part II of the said Act, and specifies the 1st day of June, 1949, as the date on which possession of the lands is required, and the 26th day of May, 1948, as the date on or before which objections may be made under section 25 of the said Act.


SCHEDULE

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that parcel of land situated in Blocks VI and X, Ruakaka Survey District, containing by admeasurement one hundred (100) acres and twenty-five (25) perches, more or less, being Lot 1 on Deposited Plan 2671, and being portion of Allotment 63, Parish of Ruakaka, and being all the land described in certificate of title, Vol. 110, folio 46 (Auckland Registry).

Also all that parcel of land situated in Block VI, Ruakaka Survey District, containing approximately sixty (60) acres, being portion of Lot 9 on Deposited Plan 919, and being portion of Allotment 63, Parish of Ruakaka, and being portion of the land described in certificate of title, Vol. 122, folio 295 (Auckland Registry) (subject to survey). As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, as No. Proc. 3000, and thereon edged red.
