IN VOLUNTARY LIQUIDATION
NOTICE is hereby given, in pursuance of section 232 of the
Companies Act, 1933, that a meeting of the members of
the above-named company will be held at the offices of Mr. Leonard
Millar, 142 Rattray Street, Dunedin, on Monday, 19th January, 1948,
at 11.15 a.m., for the purpose of having an account laid before the
meeting showing the manner in which the winding-up of the said
company had been conducted and the assets of the said company
disposed of, and for hearing any explanation that may be given by
the liquidator, and also of passing a resolution disposing of the
books, documents, and accounts of the company and of the liquidator
thereof. The resolution to be submitted to members is as follows:—
“ That the books, documents, and accounts of the liquidator
