Declaring Portion of Railway Land at Waharoa to be Crown Land

A PROCLAMATION
In pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1924.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land : 1 rood 2.3 perches. Being part Matamata South 693B, in Certificate of Title, Volume 50, folio 278.
Situated in Block XIII, Wairere Survey District, Matamata County. (S.O. 33532.)
In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 9262, deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 5th day of April, 1948.

Land taken for a Post-office in Block XV, Kawakawa Survey District

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a post-office; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twelfth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and forty-eight.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken : 36 perches. Being part Lot 2, D.P. 12753, being part Allotment 140, Kawakawa Parish.
Situated in Block XV, Kawakawa Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 34729.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 126725, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 5th day of April, 1948.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for Post and Telegraph purposes; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twelfth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and forty-eight.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken : 1 rood 24.3 perches. Being Lots 7 and 8, D.P. 8162, and being part of Allotment 2, Parish of Whangarei, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title, Volume 294, folio 197, Auckland Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 5th day of April, 1948.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for an automatic-telephone exchange; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twelfth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and forty-eight.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken : 1 rood 4.71 perches. Being Lot 2, D.P. 13909, being part Section 108, Town of Masterton (part Block B of the Small Farm Settlement of Masterton).
Situated in Block I, Otahoua Survey District (Borough of Masterton). (S.O. 21652.)
In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 126810, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 5th day of April, 1948.
