thence along the northern and eastern boundaries of the said Allot-

along the western and north-western sides of the public road forming
the eastern and south-eastern boundaries of the southern portion

to and along the generally eastern and southern boundaries of part

western boundary of Allotment 87 of the said parish; thence along
a right line across a public road and the Waitaraire Stream, to and
along the north-western and south-western boundaries of the said
Allotment 87, and along the south-western boundaries of Allot-
ments 95 and 84, Hoteo Parish, to and along the northern boundaries
of Allotments 51 and 52 of the said parish, to and along the western
and northern boundaries of Allotment 96, Hoteo Parish, and along
a right line, being the last-mentioned boundary produced to the
middle of the public road forming the generally eastern and southern
boundaries of Lot 1, as shown on the plan numbered 20679, deposited
as aforesaid, being part of Allotment 91, Hoteo Parish; thence
along the middle of that public road to the angle where the said
road ceases to form part of the western boundary of Allotment 92,
Hoteo Parish; thence along a right line to the northern corner of
the south-eastern portion of Allotment 56 of the said parish, along
the western boundary of the said Allotment 92, and along the
northern boundaries of Allotments 86 and 54, Hoteo Parish, to and
down the left bank of the Hoteo River to a point due south-east
of the north-eastern corner of the eastern part of Allotment 45,
Tauhoa Parish; thence along a right line across the said river to
the north-eastern corner aforesaid, along the northern boundary
of the said eastern part of Allotment 45, and along another right
line, being the last-mentioned boundary produced to the middle
of the public road forming the generally eastern and northern
