NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to the authority conferred on the Bureau of Industry under Part III of the Industrial Efficiency Act, 1936, the following decisions have been made in respect of applications for licences.

CORRIGENDUM

In the New Zealand Gazette No. 11, dated 24th February, 1948, on page 226, under the heading "Decisions of the Bureau of Industry under Part III of the Industrial Efficiency Act, 1936," notice was given of an application having been granted to R. G. Saxton, Hastings, for a licence to resell motor-spirit from four pumps to be installed on garage and service-station premises in St. Aubyn Street, Hastings.

This notice is hereby cancelled, and the following substituted therefor :-
