Declaring Land to be subject to Part I of the Maori Land Amendment Act, 1936
PURSUANT to section 4 of the Maori Land Amendment Act, 1936, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be subject to Part I of the said Act, and to be included in the Maniapoto Development Scheme.
SCHEDULE
ALL that area of land in the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land Court District, containing 98 acres 2 roods 0 perches, more or less, called or known as Kakepuku 12b and 11c 2c 1 (part), and situate in Blocks IX and X, Puniu Survey District.

PURSUANT to section 4 of the Maori Land Amendment Act, 1936, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be subject to Part I of the said Act, and to be included in the Kaipara Development Scheme.
SCHEDULE
ALL that area of land in the Tokerau Maori Land Court District, containing 8 acres 3 roods 34 perches, more or less, being part of Kaihu 2B 3c Block, situate in Block IX, Maungaru Survey District, and being part of land comprised and described in certificate of title, Vol. 857, folio 60 (Auckland Registry).

Releasing Land from the Provisions of Part I of the Maori Land Amendment Act, 1936
PURSUANT to subsection (2) of section 4 of the Maori Land Amendment Act, 1936, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby revokes, so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto, a certain notice dated the 19th day of August, 1931, and published in Gazette No. 63 of the 27th day of the same month, at page 2481, whereby the provisions of subsection (3) of section 23 of the Maori Land Amendment and Maori Claims Adjustment Act, 1929 (now Part I of the Maori Land Amendment Act, 1936), were applied to the said land, and such land is hereby excluded from the Manawatu Development Scheme.

THE following land situate in Block XI, Mount Robinson Survey District, in the Ikaroa Maori Land Court District:
Part Sections 11 and 12, Manawatu-Kukutauaki No. 2E Block: Area, 34 acres 1 rood 26·03 perches.

Releasing Land from the Provisions of Part I of the Maori Land Amendment Act, 1936
PURSUANT to subsection (2) of section 4 of the Maori Land Amendment Act, 1936, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby revokes, so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto, a certain notice dated the 11th day of June, 1947, and published in Gazette No. 33 of the 19th day of the same month, at page 762, whereby the said land was declared to be subject to Part I of the Maori Land Amendment Act, 1936, and such land is hereby excluded from the Kaipara Development Scheme.
SCHEDULE
ALL that area of land in the Tokerau Maori Land Court District, containing 24 acres 3 roods 31 perches, situate in Block IX, Maungaru Survey District, called or known as Kaihu 2B 3c (part), and part Section 6, Block IX, Maungaru Survey District, and being the residue of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Vol. 857, folio 60 (Auckland Registry).
