Land in the Nelson Land District acquired for a Permanent State Forest

NOTICE is hereby given that the land described in the Schedule hereto has been acquired under the Forests Act, 1921–22, for the purposes of a permanent State forest.

SCHEDULE

NELSON LAND DISTRICT.—NELSON CONSERVANCY

ALL that area in the Nelson Land District, containing by admeasurement 1 acre 1 rood 35 perches, more or less, being Sections 942, 943, 944, 945, 946, and 947 of the Town of Reefton, situated in Block XIV, Reefton Survey District, save and excepting the intersecting drainage reserve, and being the lands comprised and described in certificates of title, Vol. 11, folio 118, and Vol. 11, folio 119. As the same is delineated on plan No. 113/23, deposited in the Head Office of the State Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered blue.

NOTICE is hereby given that the land described in the Schedule hereto has been acquired under the Forests Act, 1921–22, for the purposes of a permanent State forest.

WESTLAND LAND DISTRICT.—WESTLAND CONSERVANCY

ALL that area in the Westland Land District, containing by admeasurement 1 rood 12·28 perches, more or less, situated in Block IV, Mawheranui Survey District, being Sections 22, 23, 36, part 37, and Section 159 of the Town of Ahaura, and being the lands comprised and described in certificates of title, Vol. 12, folio 92, Vol. 12, folio 175, Vol. 12, folio 186, and Vol. 35, folio 228. As the same is delineated on plan No. 119/44, deposited in the Head Office of the State Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
