applied for a license to resell motor-spirit from one pump installed
inside premises at 50 Esk Street, Invercargill.
B. T. Piner, care of Greig's Post-office, Greymouth, has applied
for a license to resell motor-spirit from one pump to be installed on
proposed service-station premises at Greig's.
Mutual Rental Cars, Ltd., 366 Princes Street, Dunedin, has
applied for a license to resell motor-spirit from one pump installed
inside premises at 366 Princes Street, Dunedin.
Applicants and other persons considering themselves to be
materially affected by the decisions of the Bureau of Industry on
these applications should, not later than the 6th day of March, 1947,
submit any written evidence and representations they may desire
to tender. All communications should be addressed to the Acting-

Proposed Cancellation of Registration

NOTICE is hereby given that, in exercise of the powers conferred
upon me by section 23 of the Industrial Conciliation and
Arbitration Act, 1925, it is my intention to cancel the registration
of the New Zealand Federated Milk Roundsmen's Industrial
Association of Workers, registered No. 1897, situated at Auckland,
after the expiration of six weeks from the date of this notice in the
Gazette, unless in the meantime cause is shown to the contrary.
