Additional Land taken for a Police-station in Block X, Motu Survey District

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a police-station; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-fourth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and forty-seven.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of additional land taken:—

A. R. P. Being
0 0 36 Lot 10, Block I, D.P. 1879 (Township of Matawai), being part Section 1, Block X, Motu Survey District, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title, Volume 62, folio 195 (Gisborne Land Registry).
0 0 36 Lot 11, Block I, D.P. 1879 (Township of Matawai), being part Section 1, Block X, Motu Survey District, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title, Volume 62, folio 214 (Gisborne Land Registry).

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 14th day of February, 1947.

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for police purposes (residence); and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-fourth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and forty-seven.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1 rood 14·2 perches. Being Lots 132 and 133, D.P. 2173, and Lots 298 and 299, D.P. 3012, being part Section 227, Right Bank, Wanganui River, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title, Volume 258, folio 291 (Wellington Land Registry).

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 17th day of February, 1947.

Situated in Block XII, Purua Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 33951.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 124827, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
