A PROCLAMATION
P URSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I., Lieutenant-
General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare
that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby
taken for Post and Telegraph purposes; and I do also declare that
this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-fourth
day of February, one thousand nine hundred and forty-seven.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of additional land taken : 31·92
perches.
Being Allotment 195 of Section 1, Town of Tauranga (Borough of
Tauranga).
Situated in Block X, Tauranga Survey District (Auckland R.D.).

In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 124802, deposited
in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon
coloured blue.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the
Seal of that Dominion, this 30th day of January, 1947.

of that Dominion, this 14th day of February, 1947.

General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare
that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby
taken for the Hurunui-Waitaki Railway.
